This application utilizes background mode to provide location updates between 3 PM and 12 AM (CST) on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Users within a 0.2-mile radius of a bar will receive notifications prompting them to leave a rating on Fiesta. The notification message will read: “Fiesta: ‘bar name’ Stopping in for a drink? Leave a rating on Fiesta!”
